Invade, conquer and overthrow
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla takes us to a particularly turbulent historical period. Taking us to a Britain plunged into chaos by the Viking invasions, we will embody Eivor, a Viking who will lead his clan for this type of raids. Our mission, beyond looting, will be to create a new home for our people in England, using both the axe and diplomacy, helping to create alliances and new allies throughout our adventure, all while overthrowing and putting kings. The title does not forget the Norse mythology, an essential factor considering the folklore that drags this particular culture.
Being a Viking is not easy but it is a lot of fun.
In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla we have a combat system similar to that of previous installments, with special emphasis on the rawness of our movements and executions, with the return of the shield as a protection tool. But beyond fighting against the British in a gigantic open world, we can grow our settlement, collecting resources or looting monasteries, small coastal camps or neighboring villages.
With new classic stealth mechanics, we will also find well-crafted side quests, secrets everywhere and a lot of content to discover and unlock. Eivor, our main character, will progress throughout his adventure, with a skill tree that we will be adjusting and discovering at our whim and style of play.
A spectacular design
Ubisoft has worked hard on the atmosphere of the game. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla enjoys a large map, the largest in the series, offering the possibility of traveling through a credible Britain and full of details, different scenarios and rich and unique ecosystems. In addition, the title is designed for Xbox S and X Series, as well as PlayStation 5, featuring 4K resolutions, HDR and 60 frames per second on compatible systems.
